Zinara: What a shameless reaper

31 Dec 2014 at 07:32hrs | Views

Zinara should be ashamed for reaping off motorists at some of its tollgates. I traveled from Gweru to Mvuma and there is tollgate along the way.

When one stops to pay toll fee the front and rear tyres on the left will be in pot holes... if one wants to be decent and call them such. Can you imagine right beside the Zinara toll collecting point.

Has it come to this point were you lack any little bit of conscience?

Having been joined in Zimbabwe with friends from South Africa I felt so ashamed.

In South Africa one sees in big letters the inscription which outlines why a motorist is paying toll fees being the good roads as one drives.

How long has Zimbabwe been collecting toll fees yet there is nothing to show why they are even collecting them in the first place.

As one drives along these roads you come across motorists flagging you for assistance having plunged in the numerous pot holes dotted on our roads.

Imagine Obert Mpofu, minister of transport saying we need more toll gates! So they would get fatter and fatter like him from monies collected from struggling people
