'Traffic cops have just lost my driver's licence'

10:13, 5 Feb - +263 7* *** ****: Traffic cops from Traffic west at Nguboyenja flyover have jus lost my driver's license. They took it coz after saying I was under arrest for apparently driving a car without a fuel cap and I told the officer I had just refueled and the attendant might have left it on top of the fuel machine. So he said I must go and fetch it and I left my car and driver's license with him to go and fetch the cap, when I returned he had given my license to someone else.
Time and again they (POLICE) have been told not to take people's licenses if they don't have any reasons for doing so and they don't take heed.
