Take Tsvangirai at your own risk

Renewal team spokesperson, Jacob Mafume recently noted that there had no personal difference that exists between Tendai Biti and MDC-T leader Morgan Tsvangirai; hence they are considering forming a political pack that would fight the ruling party from the same angle.
What surprises me is that, after realizing that Tsvangirai is power hungry and egotistical, Biti and his team left MDC-T, Tsvangirai's personalized party and are now seeking re-engagement with the very person. Tsvangirai is certainly a clueless and greedy leader who only enjoys attending to his personal needs at the expense of the party. This new move by the Renewal Team to approach Tsvangirai in trying to fight ZANU-PF from a similar political corner stone is superficial and cannot last like previous doomed attempts.
Tsvangirai has derailed the development of this country through his continued efforts of regime change. When a nation's economy is not performing up to standard it is because of greedy politicians like Tsvangirai who are always sabotaging the development of a nation. Normally, ignorant people blame the government, instead of noticing ridiculous elements like Tsvangirai. Zimbabwe's industry continues to bleed under the illegal economic sanctions that were imposed on the country by the westerners who were using Tsvangirai to effect regime change.
Tsvangirai is credited with being the strongest force behind the opposition politics; however, his ideologies and egocentric policies have drowned his political fortunes. With each time passing, the idea of the MDC-T performances continues to be centered on Tsvangirai's desires to remain as the single master. Attempts by other blocs to usurp him of his power have been met with harsh expulsion from the party.
For so long, the Tsvangirai led party has been involved in a number of violent activities nationwide. Recent reports have it that five MDC-T activists were arrested recently and charged with public violence after they allegedly stormed a government free seed distribution programme in Samarenga Village, Honde Valley in Mutasa Central constituency, demanding their share of the farming inputs.
It is prudent to note that Tsvangirai is just a laughing stock, power hungry and big headed leader who is irresponsible. During the Government of National Unity, Tsvangirai negligently tasted the Government's pie as prime minister, and got relaxed, enjoying government funds and benefits at the expense of perfectly performing national duties. To cut the story short, Tsvangirai spent most of his in the middle of mistresses whom he changed time and again as if he was changing under garments. Tsvangirai is shamelessly fading by each day, hence, losing political relevance.
Most opposition parties, including MDC-T appear or become active only during an election, and disappear when the election is over. It is known that most of the opposition parties in Zimbabwe especially are established around the personalities of individuals, lack internal democracy, suffer from inter-party and intra-party conflicts, have severe shortage of finance, and lack strong base and experience. MDC-Ts weaknesses also include bad organization and weak connection with the public. For example, MDC-T has been running urban councils and for their poor management, the moral tables are turned against President Mugabe.
Tsvangirai's failure has seen his MDC-T national executive member Nelson Chamisa seeking political assistance from ZANU-PF ex-secretary for administration; Didymus Mutasa and former Vice President Joice Mujuru.
"We call upon people like Mujuru, Mutasa and all other democratic forces to come and join Tsvangirai. I even told Mutasa come, come, come and unite with us as Zimbabweans to extricate the country from the economic mess that it finds itself in," said Chamisa.
It is also known that MDC-T party is bankrupt; donors have ceased sending them financial resources after realizing their failure. The party is calling Mujuru and Mutasa with high expectations that the duo and their cronies will financially support them. Previous reports are that Tsvangirai is now surviving through donations from party members.
Tsvangirai has shown time and again that he lack the qualities of leadership. Indeed, this man does not have the intellect to become the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe. The fact that Tsvangirai lost three presidential elections consecutively depicts that this man cannot by any chance rule this nation. For so long, Morgan has always been a man of empty words. Everyone, including his party members knows quite well that there is rarely a link between what Tsvangirai says and what he does. This man needs to admit that he has politically failed and resign from politics.
Therefore, opposition parties planning to form a political pack should include Tsvangirai at their own peril, as he is more of a liability than an asset.
