Wither false health reports on leaders

There is a growing need that high profile personnel act heroic by giving false impressions of health.lt beats me hollow as to where they go wrong since it should be common knowledge that when foreign leaders seek medical attention outside their countries its easy for intelligence services to find out their health matters thus their medical conditions cease to be hidden.
Most instances occur in countries where there are poor health facilities and the leaders opting to leave their citizens to the vagarities of those dilapidated health care systems as they fly abroad to receive the best treatments that money can buy. The case of Dr Amai Grace Mugabe makes me shudder, the same attempts at secrecy have instead created lots of rife speculation, as news reports continue to confirm that the first lady is indeed abroad once more having slipped out of the country for a so called "medical check-up".There is a media frenzy on the exact type of illness plaguing Grace Mugabe where Zimbabweans are forced to play a guessing game as she continues to deteriorate before the eyes of the public with no tangible explanations why this once vibrant, fast paced extrovert woman has become an apology of her former self, looking extremely haggard, frail and pale faced in the few public appearances or events she officiates."
Its therefore a cause of concern when people around her attempt to downplay her illness and state of health more so due to the fact that her health has become a talking point, the people ought to know and be told the health status of their leaders in a transparent manner for the simple reason that if she intends to take over the presidency as is largely speculated she has an obligation to the public to disclose the information concerning her medical condition which may have a bearing on her performance in office. The fact reported in state media that she has a minor appendix problem seems to be overtaken by the evident free fall of her physical self. It remains an indicator that most reports the citizenry grasp from the state media is not only spurious but also profane and pejorative. Therefore its likely the first lady's health issues may be shrouded in secrecy amid fears that they will ruin her eligibility to take over from her husband when the time comes.
Seeing as African leaders do not ordinarily adhere to stated term limits the argument that health records are private information lacks depth in that how then does one gauge that these illnesses will not affect their ability to stay focused, lead and make important future decisions? Once there is a lack of that transparency and civilians are thrown vehement denials about the existence of any medical problems laced with barely veiled treason accusations, this results in the creation of a dangerous insecurity with regards to our democracy.
This is so because African countries generally are lacking when we speak to issues of compliance to term limits of office bearers which opens us to be susceptible in inheriting leaders who will resort to dying in office even as it is open that from the onset their illnesses were severe and would become debilitating and detrimental in their capacity to carry out the duties of their office in the long run.
So for the first Lady these above mentioned aspects should be taken into consideration so that those who are close to her and are wise must realise that they must quell the state of confusion currently going on regarding her health matters.if it is Cancer of the colon or appendicitis or a chronic headache it is better for the people to be told openly because after all we are all human and prone to illness, the people have become forgiving due to this knowledge. Human nature dictates that even as she may have weaknesses that have raised eyebrows now and again, to an extent of leading a campaign to wreck the political careers of other women like herself, and wishing others dead, Zimbabwe is a christian nation and the bible tells us in Psalms 58:10 that "as private revenge is not to be sought, nor acted, so joy at calamity and ruin of a private enemy,or a mans own enemy, should not be expressed, but rather he is to be pitied and helped".
