Misinformed uneducated criminals met frustrations on innocent people

The thorny, emotionally charging issue on mind boggling ill-conceived hatred of foreigners by misinformed uneducated criminals that appear to be the justice system themselves meting their frustrations on innocent people who got in situations they are never by choice is deplorable besides the way it is horrible.
I felt like crying when I saw a Somali looking guy bitterly sobbing helplessly staring at marauding intoxicated lazy people swarming to loot their hard earned wares.
What is the implication of all these. Its totally unacceptable for a country with a community, ward, district, provincial and national political leaders to watch and see the butchering of people in such ruthless ways.
To some of us here we really know how sacred is spilling someones blood. The attacks seem systematic and well preplanned. The most boring thing is the victims of the criminal elements are always victimised whenever they try to defend themselves coz I have never heard of a Somali who has gone to someones place but that they see people in their shops and try to move them off.
Zuma in his address yesterday erred by showing his government as weak. He was trying to be neutral as a politician but the neutrality had inflammatory rhetorics in it hence it justified the continued persecution of foreigners.
If those people are having shops illegally why living citizens to take law into their own hands instead of the government unleashing law enforcement agents to stop any illegal tradings.
Zuma who used to command my respect after shunning out his no-longer appealing mtshini wami has conceded the lawlessness of his country especially when foreigners manoeuvre through without papers. Screws must be tightened. There is nothing that justifies the death of a person.
While people have diverging views on Robert Mugabe but the man has tried successfully to make his country inhabitable and no-one can commit a crime with that impunity.
Zimbabwe deserves to be applauded for always stifling violent criminals' environment.
