Why we cannot be Xenophobic Animals in Zimbabwe

24 Apr 2015 at 09:50hrs | Views
Anyone who would want to harm any foreigner on our soil will meet the full wrath of the law and the society. Zimbabwe is a country of fine and Law abiding citizens not different from any civilised country in the World. The fact that we have a warped and incompetent war demented Government does not mean that we all have animal lawless nature.

We value foreigners and we are too educated to remember that our Mbire Kings Mutota once ruled over subjects in Zululand and Mozambique from Great Zimbabwe. We are too educated to remember that King Mzilikazi who hailed from Zululand once ruled the whole of Zimbabwe until his death forty years later. We are too educated to accept that King Lobengula, a Zulu descendant once ruled our country for fifteen years.

We are Zimbabweans and we are awake and we know that the so called territorial boarders of our land were drawn by British foreigners. We are Zimbabwean, we know that once in history, we fetched water from river Nile with our relatives who moved further south to form a mighty Zulu Nation. We are Zimbabwean and we know that we are related to our brothers and sisters who migrated to Mali, Nigeria, Ghana, DRC, Botswana, Namibia or Uganda.

We are Zimbabwean and we celebrate humanity and remember that science reminds us that humanity originated from us. We are educated and proud of diversity. We know that the Russians, Chinese, Koreans, Europeans, Asians, Arabs, Chileans, Brazilians, Americans, Australians, Canadians or Malaysians all descended from us. We are an old grandmothers who remembers her grandchildren with pride. We are Zimbabweans and we know that all these human beings scattered all over the World were once Australopithecines who evolved to Homo-habilis from our land. We welcome and celebrate and even migrate to any part of the World where our fellow Homo Habilis have set a home. We migrate to Australia, South Africa, United States, United Kingdom, Russia and any party we choose on the planet. Equally, all these nationals have their citizens living among us. What we have only refused is to have these foreign citizens govern us as what the British Colonialists did for a century.

Foreigners who come to settle within us bringing foreign dexterity are welcomed on our soil as long as they respect ethics and aesthetics of our land.

We decry the ignorant barbaric killing of foreigners in South Africa and wish to remind our fellow Zulus to remember where they come from. The brain-washing they learnt for Jan Van Rebeeck that a Sithole from Mozambique is a foreigner on his own soil is very sorry to comprehend.

A Chitungwiza man Reason Tsoka threatened Oscar Makgalane Ramathibela a South African National who chose to come and live among us recently. We say no Tsoka, do not import animal behaviour from foreign Australopithecines who haven't finished an evolutional process and bring it back to Zimbabwe. We have passed the evolution level of Australopithecines. A human being cannot be burnt with tyres on Zimbabweans soil as much as he cannot be burnt in tyres in USA. There is no Winnie Mandela to teach and justify the burning of a living human being in Zimbabwe. It would be a good practice to send Tsoka to Durban to test the behaviour of animals than to put him on our prisons. Tsoka will learn to appreciate being Zimbabwean if he is given a chance to live within the australopithecines in Durban. Even the Homo-Habilis would not kill a fellow animal for choosing to settle within them. Shame Shame and Shame!
