Manheru admits Zanu PF purge is generating 'lots of rubble - it will not stop until the party is reduced to rubble!

In his own roundabout way Nathaniel Manheru admits that Zanu PF is a party of "rubble", and now that the President Mugabe has started wielding the axe to get rid of the rubble, he will not stop until the party is reduced to rubble.
"Undeterred, Zanu-PF's mighty axe has swung again, claiming more victims (he is talking of the 13 Zanu PF bigwigs suspended and 7 fired from the party with promises of more to be axed). The action and its timing is very clear: Zanu-PF does not fear helping an opposition that might emerge from its own, if ever. Quite the contrary, it is daring it, generously giving it lots of rubble. Judging by the rumble in People First, it is clear the Zanu-PF action is founded on formidable intelligence. It is doubtful if the spat officials will ever regroup politically, regroup meaningfully."
So for three and half decades Zanu PF has presented to the nation leaders, President Mugabe even promoting them to high positions in government and kept them there for decades, who now turn out to be "rubble"! Well that speaks volumes of the President's own competence!
Now that the purge in Zanu PF has started there is no stopping it. If these wild axe swings are to get rid of "rubble" in Zanu PF then it will not stop until there is nothing left but rubble because Zanu PF has nothing but rubble including the man who has led the party all these years – President Mugabe himself.
Manheru was right about Mujuru's Zanu PF People First project going nowhere.
"I hope the political world is as considerate as a spasmodic bus, and waits at every stop," wrote Manheru. "But this was the innocent part of the interview. What Rugare said, which was never published, was how he saw himself as the only clean character to lead People First. Mujuru, he alleged, faced corruption charges. Mutasa, he further alleged, faced abduction charges, leaving him as the only untarnished soul. Oh, burdensome cleanliness!"
In his Bulawayo opinion article "Mujuru and allies are cowards!" Tawanda Majoni, concurred with Manheru on the death of People First project.
"The bottom line, though, is that Mujuru is not yet ready to come out against Mugabe and Zanu-PF - and that certainly proves her jelly-kneed approach to politics," wrote Tawanda
When the political purge started Joice Mujuru and her followers were confident they would be swept back to power on the wave of public sympathy of all the political abuse they were being subjected to by their erstwhile former Zanu PF colleagues. Rugare Gumbo and Didymus Mutasa were sure that the public would see them as the sane and democratic faction in Zanu PF and the other faction would be rejected lock, stock and barrel.
The Gamatox gang's legs turned to jelly when the discovered that instead of the public sympathizing with them and welcoming them as liberators the people were even pleased the gang members were getting a taste of the Zanu PF medicine they had dished out so liberally for 34 years!
The people refused to be taken in by the purged Zanu PF members' new found concern for the suffering povo. The people reminded Joice Mujuru and her faction followers that they had not only done nothing about the corruption and tyranny for all their 34 years in power but, worse still, they were key players. It is no secret that Joice Mujuru is corrupt or that Mutasa has shed innocent blood for selfish political gain. The only way Mai Mujuru and her Zanu PF People First will ever get back into power is by rigging the elections. The chances of her faction successfully cheating the Mnangagwa faction is, let us face it, zero!
Now that President Mugabe has started wielding the axe, he will not stop until Zanu PF is reduced to rubble; the Mujuru faction which is rubble already and Mnangagwa faction or what other factions will all be reduced to rubble! The day President Mugabe abandoned the values of freedom, justice, liberty and human rights and human dignity to establish his one-party dictatorship; he condemned Zanu PF to the fate of ending in rubble.
