ZUNDE an MDC offshoot

It sounds quite interesting for the Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) coming in different forms in the form of a new baby called Zimbabweans United for Democracy (ZUNDE). It features as new wine in old bottles as the founders are all those who belonged to the old and original MDC.
The party President Farai Mbira and his deputy former High court judge Benjamin Paradza are all war veterans who decided to abandon the cause of the armed struggle and started to pursue the regime change agenda. Now the duo is at it again after failing to get influential positions in the mainstream MDC.
The movement purports to work tirelessly and collectively to find a lasting solution to all our problems and protracted crisis. The party Presidernt, Mbira, was once the Chairman of MDC Wellington Branch in New Zealand and his vice President, Paradza, is a fugitive living and working in New Zealand. Are these persons to be taken seriously to take us to the promised land of milk and honey?
ZUNDE is convinced that it cannot tackle Zanu-PF alone hence it has been quick to appeal for a coalition with other opposition groups. Paradza and his ZUNDE party are ideologically vacuous and they are in fact increasing chaos in the opposition parties. The party purports "to rally all pro-democracy movements at home and abroad to a unity of purpose to effectively oppose dictatorship, poor governance, corruption, impunity and lawlessness".
Paradza exposes his party as being ideologically bankrupt by refusing to disclose its strategies. How would that party, without elaborate strategies, be accepted by the electorate? This shows that we are dealing with immature politicians who need to be mentored. The new party needs to be serious for it to have an impact on the electorate. Remember Zimbabweans do not want to be taken for a ride.
It seems ZUNDE is a party for the Diasporas as all the leaders are in the Diaspora; so if you are serious party cadres you need to be physically present at a ballot station to vote. How does that party want to connect with the rural people; and can those people, living outside the country, honestly claim to represent our interests? Do we sound dump; do we find needing help or are we found inferior?
When they refer to democracy loving Zimbabweans, are they excluding the majority Zanu-PF supporters and come election time, seek their votes? They should stop campaigning on facebook and internet only. It sounds quite valid and logical to say that ZUNDE is an offshoot of MDC consisting of opportunists who always sprout towards election time.
