Bhasikiti, you plotted you own demise

Former Masvingo Province Minister of State, Kudakwashe Bhasikiti should be ashamed of his preposterous move of suing President Mugabe and the ruling party. Bhasikiti nonsensically claims that the ruling to dismiss him that was made by President Mugabe and Zanu-PF was null and void.
While he was still the Minister of State for Masvingo Province, Bhasikiti was allegedly accused of fanning factionalism in the revolutionary party and was also linked to cabal which was led by ousted Vice President Mujuru which had been plotting to unseat President Mugabe from office.
It is quite surprising that Bhasikiti, who has been in Zanu-PF and Government for such a long time fails to understand that President Mugabe, who is the First Secretary of Zanu-PF and Head of State has the authority to appoint or dismiss any party member.
I never thought Bhasikiti who claims to be a freedom fighter could choose former MDC-T Secretary general, Tendai Biti, to represent him on his case. Why a lawyer from an opposition party?
At one point, a very senior revolutionary party member noted that Bhasikiti was merely a war collaborator during the liberation struggle. This man lacks war credentials. Real war veterans disassociate themselves with sellouts like Biti.
President Mugabe once warned Bhasikiti that he should get out of the wrong basket and get into the right basket. He was also advised to be consistent in all his activities.
It is true that a disciplinary committee within the revolutionary party sat and discussed Bhasikiti's fate. The deliberations that come out of that meeting led to the expulsion of Bhasikiti. Hence, there is no tangible reason for this man to sue President Mugabe and the ruling party. Every political party has its own rules and regulations that must be adhered to.
Bhasikiti's activities have led to his expulsion from Zanu PF. In 2008, this former Minister was also accused distributing farm implements through improper channels. It is common knowledge that distribution of farm equipment is done by the District Administrators. However, because of greediness, Bhasikiti wanted himself and his allies to benefit. It was said that Bhasikiti distributed the farm implements to a few of his cronies.
Actually, the Politburo's decision of expelling Bhasikiti and many others should be commended. It will be a traverse of justice to let people accused of plotting to oust the Head of State to continue performing government duties. Previous reports have it that, Bhasikiti on one occasion insisted that people will get what they want and that is what will happen. He further said that we fought the war and won, no-one will stop this revolution of putting Mujuru in power. This man should know that President Mugabe was legally chosen through the ballot box, therefore, there is no basis for Bhasikiti and his group to try and illegally oust him from office.
Actually, justice should take its course Bhasikiti and crew should be in jail for treason and not going around making unnecessary noise.
