Mugabe comes clean: I screwed up

For almost a decade and a half Zimbabwe's ruling party pursued an official policy of systematic land evictions, often leading to the death of farmers and destruction of arable land. Now, the country's main man wants the farmers back.
So they evicted, killed, assaulted and pillaged their way through the most fertile farming land in Africa and now Robert Mugabe's Zanu-PF party wants farmers to return to Zimbabwe, because, well… the country is starving.
Batty Bob and his wife Grace have been using Zim as their personal ant farm for decades and while most folks understand that when you take you also need to replenish, they seem to have skipped that lesson in dictatorship school.
Thing is, what farmers they had have been scooped up by Mozambique - where they were given swathes of land and have been making an enormous contribution to that country's agricultural output -, Botswana and South Africa.
Bob's idea is that tribal leaders would give him the names of white farmers they'd like to have sent back to Zim, who will then have to farm like beasts and save the country, but will not be allowed to own the land they farm on and will essentially have no security or assurance that they won't be assaulted, evicted or even murdered in future.
