Political greedy lot Leaders

Zimbabweans have become a greedy lot. Leaders have all got heightened egos and each one thinks they are bigger and should play a bigger role.
The smaller parties also feel they are the kingmakers who should remain in the peripheries only to call the shots when there is a dead hit between the majors in poll contests.
The GNU architecture shall be the likely outcome of all future governments in Zimbabwe because of the ethnic and regional nature of politics emerging in Zimbabwe. It's unfortunate that the factional conflicts taking place in the ruling party are taking this shape and this will have a contagious knock on other parties as well as this culture manifests itself.
The issue of resisting change or new players by pioneering groups of people in any political organization is also threatening the rejuvenation of not only the physical leadership but also the socio-economic and political development of Zimbabwe.
All this talk of Mafikizolo or Johnnie come latelies derives from this sickening attitude towards entrance of new players in the political space. Those who got expelled from Zanu PF say the party was hijacked by Amafikizolo and the real and original players have been ostracized.
This is the main reason behind the conflicts between the G40 and the so-called Republican Guards. This phenomenon may also manifest itself later in the People First movement if all necessary precautions are not put in place to guard against it. In MDC T, the SG and Spokesman are also branded Amafikizolo in the party as well!
