There is no doubt about it. The USA and its European allies have turned their attention to Africa and every means, including subversion and military force, will be used to effect "regime change", which has been elucidated by Richard Haass and which consists of two phases - wanton destruction followed by so-called "nation building" (the installation of puppet governments) - in order to return the independent national states of Africa into hewers of wood, and drawers of water, once again. The so-called "Western democracies" intend to exercise full control of the people and natural resources of the African states with the assistance of client regimes. Libya provides us with the latest classic example.

The people of Africa must be vigilant and they should endeavour to rid their nations of the NGOs which are in Africa in order to undertake subversion - prior to military action.
