Grade 5 girl muzzled and molested

A Grade five girl was reportedly molested by a 31-year-old Mbare man as she was on her way to pay water bills.
According to H-Metro, George Josam is now facing indecent assault charges as he fondled the girl while muzzling her.
It is alleged that on November 11, the girl was sent by her mother to pay water bills. She then decided of passing through her friend's house to ask her to accompany her to the city council offices.
However, she left after her friend failed to accompany her.
As she was approaching Josam on her way, he noticed the absence of other people. He pulled the girl into a private spot, pulled her to the ground and muzzled her.
He then fondled her breasts.
She managed to flee and went straight to her house and told her mother.
A police report was made leading to Josam's arrest.
