Patson Dzamara, I sympathise with you in your incessant search of the missing heartily brother Itai. I am equally empathetic to the piercing pain in your soul so as every other nationality is feeling the effect.
In the meantime, let"s kneel down and pray to the Almighty to torch, and light our way to his possible discovery sooner or later.
However, my brother Patson I urge you to meticulously calculate your next move as you are trading in dangerous waters, considering the sensitivity of the matter at the stake. You better confine yourself to use of legally certified channels as opposed to engagement of unorthodox means as you say. This really can be equally precarious for you as it was for the missing Itai.
Ideally if you lost trust in the way the state is handling the case, you can opt to rope in private investigators to pursue this cause. Patson if you begrudge the Government let me warn you that no-one can win a case against the state. The state rules supreme all the time.
This does not mean to say your cause is trivial but there is need to weigh the results against the means to their achievement to find out which one gives better benefits.
