Help me locate Charles Mandhiza's relatives in Zimbabwe

Hi,
My name is Fidel Rutwaza, I live here in Los Angeles, California. Charles Mandhiza a friend of mine from Zimbabwe probably Bulawayo area had a stroke back in October and i would like to let his family in Zimbabwe know. Could you please advise me on how to proceed? I don't have family details but if there is a way to make an announcement via radio or something, that would be a start. Thank you for your help.
