	Mr editor,
Can you please find out and advise us the public if there is any legal instrument through which ZESA and ZETDC can compel citizens to cut down trees, growing within their properties, that interfere with ZESA power lines.
If there is such an instrument what does it say in cases were a citizen or their private tree cutter get electrocuted in the process.
