Open letter to Police Commissioner General - too many unlicensed drivers in Zim highways

The Editor,
I am a motorist in Bulawayo , Zimbabwe. I am very worried with the number of unlicensed drivers in the country highways.
This is despite the fact that there are many roadblocks. I would like to appeal to the Police Commissioner General to carry out a survey of the number of unlicensed drivers so that they may evaluate if the roadblocks are really working.
If one is stopped at the roadblock, the first think asked by the cop is to produce the license. But what boggles the mind is that the country's highways are now death traps because of these unlicensed drivers.
