Open Letter to ZRP - Overloading vehicles

To whom it may concern
I write to complain about the way vehicles overload especially public vehicles specifically combies and unregistered mushika shikas.
as the operation restore order goes on may you enforce ruthless laws to those who overload 15 capacity passengers to 22 including laguage inside. As the ZRP has reduced roadbloaks this is not a spree to overload and put citizens life at risk.
May overloaded vehicles be impounded or a 100dollar fine charged per excess passenger as well as suspension from route for 2 weeks while vehicle is under vid inspection. the perpetrator should be given a warning against which repetition of offence will result in cancellation on drivers licence.
Also consider all long distance combies to as a prerequisite have a trailer.3
Please take this call seriously our lives are in danger.
