Child abuse report ignored

Dear Editor
I am begging for advice Editor.
My child is a victim of abuse and the story is more or less similar to a Luton girl released recently.
The accused is a Johane Masowe weChishanu sector member and he is being protected by so many people on this case, please advise me on what I should do as I am now a laughing stalk.
When the case was closed by the local police who investigated the case for two months to no avail saying that they was not enough evidence to prosecute and my daughter was affected and she is going hysterical over the decision.
