If you are planning to attend this year's event and you will require hotel accommodation, you are kindly requested to make your reservations by July 31, 2012 if you must take advantage of the rates extended by both hotels. The hotels do not guarantee these rates will be available after this date, nor do they guarantee availability of hotel rooms. They have to release these rooms to other guests.
We will be utilizing 2 hotels this year due to conference room capacity limitations as well as the fact that we prefer to do our own catering. Not all hotels allow us to do this. The Hampton Inn will be used for our evening session on August 31st and Sunday morning session on Sept 2nd. It will be used for all our meals as well as for our Children's programs. The Hilton Garden Inn will be used for our Saturday sessions (Sept 1st) including our evening extravaganza. The hotels are in close proximity as they are right across the street from each other. Please feel free to reserve a room with your hotel of choice.
