We need a Makuzeze in Binga

I'm very much disappointed by the tolerance of the Tonga people even when it comes to issues that affect them directly.
To start with, I'm not happy with tribalism and corruption in schools with Shona headmasters.
That makes me think they have a hidden political agenda.
Why will the District Education office flood the schools with temporary 'mwana wekushas' teachers when there are scores of locals school leavers who are unemployed (this is prevalent in schools that are electrified, along the main road and accessible).
To make matters worse these 'mwana wekumushas' can not say a word in Tonga but would be deployed to teach in primary schools where Tonga is a subject.
Don't they have schools in Mashonaland.
Why does the DEO compel every deployed teacher to pay $4 for employment forms when they can obtain them for free in schools (there are over a thousand temporary teachers in Binga and each is entered into a register, given a deployment number and buy forms before they are given a deployment letter: calculate how much they raise from the poor job seekers).
Its high time we stop this shonaism hegemony once and for all!
stop shonalising our communities!
