RBZ spending a lot of taxpayers' money on School fees

While other parastatals are being accused of squandering taxpayers money through hefty salaries and allowances, there is another parastatal that is spending a large chunk of the taxpayers money through school fees - RBZ.
The RBZ spends substantial sums of money on school fees for employees's children.
Every employee, from the lowest paid can send his/her children (maximum 4 children allowed at any given time) to any school or university on earth and the bank pays the school fees in full every term/ semester - any amount without question.
I believe there is nothing wrong in paying school fees for employees' children but there must be a ceiling ie. maximum amount allowed per child. The absence of a ceiling is causing some employees to send their children to very expensive schools with some even saying, 'we want to fix the bank.'
This might be one of the reason why the bank has failed to pay off retrenched employees their money and even salary arrears for those still with the bank. Long back when Zimbabwe had it's own currency the facility was there but the bank was paying a portion of the fees with the remainder being paid by the responsible employee hence sending a child to a very expensive school would mean forking out a lot of money as top up.
My suggestion is may those investigating parastatals descend on RBZ and have a look at the fees bill. Surely they will be shocked.
