No real friends in MDC-T

EDITOR - It appears some people never learn from other people's experiences. I came to this conclusion after listening to a music album recorded by Douglas Mwonzora and Patrick Murimoga.
These gentlemen must be reminded that there are a whole lot of others who penned similar songs worshipping Morgan Tsvangirai but went into oblivion.
In their song titled, Nomakanjani, the duo promised untiring support to the MDC-T leader. Yes, you can promise that unyielding support but you must remember that there is no permanent friendship but only permanent interests.
Solomon Madzore composed similar songs of praise. He went on to pledge similar support but today he is being persecuted by the same person he once regarded as a sacrosanct god.
At a rally at Rudhaka stadium in Marondera last year, Madzore said:
"We are equally prepared to shed our blood vaTsvangirai for this cause. Hapana munhu akazvarwa akabata AK47. Hapana mai vakazvara vachigomera vachiti, 'Chibuda war vet iwe-e; chibuda war vet iwe-e!" Where is this young man today? This is not say the duo must not support their leader but for avoidance of depression in the event of the unexpected.
It is rather sarcasm for the duo to flaunt Tsvangirai in their songs as the only leader who is capable of dethroning President Mugabe. Tsvangirai failed on three consecutive elections to unseat President Mugabe. Hero worshipping must make sense. Where is the capacity then? We are tired of supporting an eternal loser.
