Editor,
Good Day.
My name is Johanna Majadibodu and I greet you in the name of help.
I am writting to you from South Africa and I was referred by the ZBC radio. I believe that you have the power to reach out to many Zim Communities and you are my last hope now. I have been on several zim radio stations with my appeal. I need your help fellow brothers and sisters. What happened is my grandmother met a Zim man in Joburg in the 1950s and they moved to Zimbabwe.
She had a little daughter with her by the time from a previous relationship.
While she was there she had 2 boys by the names Eddias and Edward. She said there was war in Zim and had to come back to SA. The man then suggested she cant take both the kids so they reached an agreement that she is leaving with only one kid.
She came back to SA with Edward who is my father and he was only a year old and left behind Eddias. Got married here in SA and life went on, my father knew this man as his dad until recently. We knew about this i think in 2012 but my father was just hurt he did not want to talk about it or act on it.
I took it upon myself to look for his brother that's my uncle because i had a dream about him....I just have to find him.
My granny has been talking about him for a while hoping that she could see him before she passes on but unfortunately she left us 2 weeks back!!!
I have been on several Zim radio stations and still looking for suggestions that can help to locate him. I am basically searching for Edson who is the father and Eddias Takawira who is the son Eddias is believed to be born in 1955, their last address is Mvuma we are not sure which location. My grandmother's name is Rosina surname Maepa at that time.
Thank you. I'm praying that I will hear from you soon.
