Dear Editor,
Allow me to democratically express my Grandiose Mental Disorder by warning you that Bulawayo24 is owned by us readers, and you are only trusted to edit it for our pleasure.
What you have to learn from us is that we come in different shapes, sizes, tastes and many varying preferences which you should not unilaterally grab the dictatorship to change without consultation.
I, for one, prefer the missionary position of everything in life. When I was born, the missionary methodology was already there and I do not claim to have designed it, what I claim rather is that I am an addict of the missionary methodology. If you try to introduce new things to me, you need to consult first and acknowledge that I am a stakeholder in all this. You cant just change positions and expect me to comply without prior consultation.
Uzwile Ke,
Now, I will write you back in a week and feedback to say if I like your knew website design. If I am not content, you will have to revert back to Missionary please Sweet!! You have to accept me for what I am, a mental case and democratically so.
One of the best provisions of Democracy is the right to express oneself in the manner that one chooses as long as it does not violet the rights of others. Before I demand democracy form Zanu, I demand it home. Ngitsho phela lapha kwelami iphepha.
Finally, I want to thank you for doing the job very well. Our paper, which we have allowed you to edit, tops. It is doing exactly what we commissioned it for, to save as a voice for voiceless Zimbabweans whose voices have always been obscured by Herald, Chronicle, Sunday Mail, Sunday News, Kwaedza and so on. In that vein, please do not sensor my democratic expressions. If you handle me well, I can be of important educative input apart from the fact that I have a Fantastic Grandiose Mental Disorder.

Dear Rakanga,
Thank you for your support. Without wasting much of your time let me get straight to the point. The main reason we had to change the website layout is for it to be properly indexed by the inter-web's greatest police, Google. The old website had been running smooth, yes but it was built as a trial project back in December 2010. Google recently introduced its mobile-friendly algorithm so we too, had to comply.
This time around Bulawayo24 is built to scale, you might have noticed from a desktop that there is a 'Chat settings' button on the bottom right. Our aim is to give people the power of live interaction. We will be introducing a Bulawayo24 online community, where like-minded people will meet and mingle.
Again the Byo24Team and I would like to thank you Rakanga and everyone who has been on our side from day one, not forgetting those who passed on before seeing these changes. People like Busani Ncube who was one of the first journalists to write for Bulawayo24, Thoko Fatch-Ngubo who one of first 10 people to join Bulawayo24 on Facebook and many more - God bless their souls.
Your Truly
