Non Ndebele workers to Matabeleland a govt deliberate action

Dear editor
Allow me to pass this important message to all your readers while there is still time.
Over the years since Zimbabwean independence, we have seen massive deployment of shona workers to every sector and corner of Mthwakazi for all the wrong reasons, in education, health, police, businesses, financial institutions, social services, politics etc to the systematic exclusion of local people qualified to hold those posts.
On the other hand non of Mthwakazi people are deployed to do such jobs in Mashonaland even when they qualify. The argument for this incessant deployment of the shona has been that Zimbabwe is 'one' country but why always the shona to Mthwakazi and not otherwise?
When these deployees flood Mthwakazi 'to work', they bring along their families and start shona communities within Mthwakazi communities.
These shona communities resist local languages and even despise local cultures and one wonders therefore who they are serving by being in Mthwakazi!
Are they serving Mthwakazi or advancing their government's 1979 Grand Plan which seeks to see Mthwakazi subdued to perpetuity?
Put in a nutshell and succinctly, the actions of the shona are the actions are their government in its concerted effort to implement to completion its Grand Plan and its genocidal pursuits since 1980.
If we were one nation, why would there be preferential treatment and conspicuous shona supremacy being peddled by government in cohorts with the shona together every time and everywhere in the country?
To Mthwakazi people who are still blinded and infatuated by shona intellectuals to believe that we are one, I say wake up and smell the coffee. History will judge you harshly for conniving and contributing consciously to Mthwakazi genocide and ethinic cleansing perpetrated relentlessly by the shona in front of your eyes daily.
The shona, pursuant of their genocidal government policies, are using our own people as access into Mthwakazi fabric. These Mthwakazi batmen are rewarded with posts of deputy ministers or ministers of insignificant portfolios, members of exclusive shona parliament, senators and other dubious posts as long as such posts enable the shona to reach where they want most.
To shed more light on the foregoing, Mthwakazi has never benefited in any way by being in Zimbabwean parliament. Can we name one good thing Mthwakazi batmen have done for Mthwakazi since 1980?
They are all bootlickers of Mugabe and the shona masters and are always begging to be kept in that parliament by sacrificing Mthwakazi ideals, languages and cultures as well as resources which are tapped everywhere everyday for shona use while our people hassle to live.
The results of these shona schemes are now bearing fruit. Shona language is being forcibly introduced in Mthwakazi schools because earlier on shona teachers were strategically deployed to survey, study and prepare the terrain for more to come to displace and defile us as a nation.
A case in point is the current attempt, as reported on 20 June 2016, to forcibly introduce shona in Gwanda schools which have scores of shona children. The shona children in Mthwakazi must be taught shona while Mthwakazi children in Mthwakazi must be taught shona also by shona teachers deployed there for that purpose- this is appalling and can't be accepted no matter what they try to do.
Most certainly if the shona were settling in Mthwakazi for good reasons, they would embrace the local languages and cultures they find than to try to impose their own language, culture and beliefs to our communities.
Most of our people are seeing this shona tyranny now whereas it has been in place since the implementation of the shona genocide machinery, gukurahundi at Zimbabwean independence in 1980. No sane Mthwakazi national can now doubt that the shona Grand Plan is being implemented meticulously. Mthwakazi as a whole is being shonanised and Zimbabwean state agents are used to ensure smooth implementation of this shona horrendous plan.
Who in their normal senses can't see what the shona are up to now? At schools, in the police on road blocks, at border posts, in hospitals and just everywhere one must speak in shona to get help or just to survive, for that matter. No amount of sugar coating or truth masking can conceal the exterminate agenda of the ruthless shona and their bloodthirsty government of Zanu PF.
This being the case, time is now to fight all the shona deployed wherever they are in Mthwakazi regardless of the jobs they claim to be doing be it in teaching, police, social services etc. They are there for a different reason to what they purport, to further their genocidal agenda which they couldn't complete in the eighties.
I urge Mthwakazi to resist annihilation of our nation and extermination of our languages in every way possible. A shona next door is certainly not your neighbor but a villain who is there to ensure your down fall and that of your children. Starting from now on, let's roll back all the frontiers of occupation and domination and let's all strive to flush out evil from our communities or we shall forever not know peace and prosperity.
We all need to stand up in unity and fight this shona evil in every way possible by whatever means available until the region and the world see the brutality and tyranny we live with everyday. We urge the world to come to the rescue of Mthwakazi and avert the looming disaster which is feigned by the shona in collaboration with their unrepentant government.
We can't condone this madness anymore. Let's use whatever weapon is at our disposal and fight collaborators of an inhumane, unjust, illegitimate and ungrateful government which has been at war with Mthwakazi since the independence brought to them by Mthwakazi Zipra forces in 1980.
Mthwakazi, stand up and fight fire with fire or else our existence in nearing extinction. All the shona are as bad as their government and we must see them in this correct light. We can't be slaves and servants on our patriarchal lands.
Mthwakazi must be free now!
