26 Jun 2014 at 19:45hrs | Views
First and foremost we as a nation need to appreciate the existence of our God the creator, alpha and omega the first and the beginning,we need to appreciate that God exist

Zimbabwe is one of the country with over 98 percent literacy rate but we the poorest,we as a nation we must not depend on our knowledge but WISDOM from the almighty God.

2. Secondly God when he calls man for leadership role,he does not call the educated like the so called boastful lawyers, accountants, what soever he calls people from places and backgrounds were you will not believe, he performs the unexpected,so that's our God,the ones whom we torment daily, and whom we castigates God will take you by surprise

3. God calls the unqualified and he qualifies the unqualified

That's my God,you don't qualify by education, but you qualify by responding from the call God places

How many accountants do we have as a nation, how many lawyers, economists, professors, strategists but check our economy, for God to turn around Zimbabwe he does not depend on our human knowledge and capacity but by his spirit

4. Leaders should serve people.put people s interests first because you have been placed there by God,be it national leadership, political parties, executive directors, corporate governance, all those they must seek God s counsel first for their roles have come from God

5. never attack leaders by undressing them

They are many people who have failed to run life because  of attacking leaders, even if are wrong, do it wisely for they have been appointed by God.

Read Daniel 1vs19 to 21 respect our leaders

Am here to emphasis that leaderships is a divine call

They are those who take advantage of their leadership roles to abuse office powers, abusing women, abuse of office, looting one day you shall be accountable for the deeds,God bless you thank you.
