Cops sell eggs, isitshwala at charge office during working hours - WhatsApp update

Pliz assist by exposing this rot. I stay near a police station and have a
lot of friends there. The police established an Organisation called ZRP
women net work.
This was created ostensibly to empower women. Their main activity is to do income generating projects.
What surprises is the fact that they do these projects during working hours yet in the area there is no enough manpower to do patrols.
There is no accountability of the money generated. If you go to a police station you find out that everyday about 5 women will be selling eggs, isitshwala etc in the charge office during working ours. Some few years back it was a taboo to do that in charge office.
Pliz find out from the powers that be why police engage in income generating projects at a time when they can not adequately serve their policing area?
Is it reasonable or justified to be seen moving from office to office selling isitshwala, eggs when at the same time there are a lot of complaints from members of the public for late attendance to scenes or failing to attend at all?
