5:24pm, 17 Mar - +263 7* *** ****: Please hide my contact details. Im dismayed by the level of corruption in Zimbabwe particularly in ministry of higher and tertiary education. More than three quarters of workforce in the ministry are from Manicaland, ranging from perm sec, directors and their deputies, principals, deputy principal, lecturers, and groundsmen just to mention a few.
This is absurd considering that they should be equal representation of all provices in terms of recruitment of staff and appointment of critical staff in the ministry at pro rata.
A good example is staff deployment at Harare Poly where more than seventy five percent are from Manicaland. Whats so special about people from this place?
Can something be done on this as a matter of urgence? Where are you Mr President? Concerned Lecturer
