9:18am, 21 Mar - +263 7* *** ****: I have no problem with the gvt reducing parastal bosses salaries. My worry comes when they go on to temper with an ordinary employee's salary so that they match those in the civil service. Entities like ZESA can not be tempered with by pegging engineers and artisans salaries as they already earn well below regional standards. Its also inhuman to slash a salary one has been earning for the past 5yrs as one had borrowed and planned basing on his salary. What will happen to the kids at boarding school as even in a divorce the law does protect the right to keep standards of life. The issue needs to be dealt with sober minds as this will have ripple effects extending to as far as banks who lent money to these employees
