May the relevant authorities help us by looking deeper into this,we a being over charged on water bills.imagine you pay$11 last month,next month the bill doubles the amount to $26,the following month it comes with an increase of $6 to make it $33.with everything working in good condition including there meter.no pipe linkages.
As if that is not enough,they closes there books on the 20th of every month with there due date to come in the next coming 4days.The next day they come door-door asking for there money.if you dont have the money there the water suply will be terminated.and only connected after you have payed the required recconection fee of $20 plus the bill amount.This is nw being done on a monthly basis.nhai vanhu wee kupi kwamunofunga kuti mari iyi irikubva kupi? Musatsvage mari muchidai,tarwadziwa.can someone out there help us to look deeper into this.
