9:30pm, 6 Aug - +263 77 ▩▩▩ ▩▩▩▩: Dstv Zimbabwe is giving customers a raw deal. First their call center is poorly managed and closes too early @ 19:30 which time clients will be needing it much. They have made clients believe that if you pay using ecocash you automatically get a reconnection which is just a dream. After paying with ecocash you have to phone again to them for a signal meaning that what they are advertizing is just propaganda. Calling them is another nightmare since their prompts are not user friendly, they are complicated and a customer paying for a 10 dollar premium will end up using an extra 3 dollars phoning them with much of the airtime being used listerning to confusing prompts. I am a client who is deeply disappointed by their service, it's only that i have no alternative. I could have changed long back, like what i have done moving away from econet to telecel which is a mavel to use.
