Tsholotsho high school in mat north is requesting parents to pay 70 dollars for holiday lessons for nine days for borders and 30 dollars for day scholars which far beyond the reach of many parents currently failing to pay the 370 dollars fees per term.is that lawful with current regulations under the same ministry?
