8:24pm, 24 Aug - +263 77 *** ****: EARTH TREMOR HITS KAMATIVI ,An earth tremor was recorded in Kamativi tin mine settlement around just before midnight on Friday (22/08/24) night ,slight ground movements were recorded and the experience lasted for less than 2 minutes, however most residents were confused as what really was happening & most people were asleep.fear griped alert residents as the area is covered by underground mine shafts which might result in collapse of structures due to weakened ground as a result of tin mining
