I kindly ask u to invite Joseph Chinotimba to come and tour Bulilimamangwe roads so as to raise the issue in parliament since all our MPS are scared to speak in parliament. I wish him to also move a motion demanding the suspension of VID operations until all roads in BULILIMAMANGWE area are VEHICLES WORTHY. How can the government wreck our vehicles by its dilapidated roads and then mounts road blocks demanding fines and bribes from citizens who victims of the same government's roads.
