14:57, 22 Sep - +263 7* *** ****: It is true that police officers need to receive training in smiling and treating tourists well. lt is a welcome development but that should start from home. Zimbabwe police officers (most of them) are very unfriendly to motorists. As a result they train drivers to be arrogant. l wonder if in their training there s anything to do with public relations. Road blocks have become a nightmare for drivers, even for those with road worth vehicles and proper documents. l am no longer sure of the purpose of a road block in Zimbabwe.
