I do not think some pple think before they talk. Ian Smith's roads were good but he had no tollgates. Instead of resurfacing our streets we are just good at changing directions and names. Today its two way traffic, tomorrow its one way and the name has changed from a certain name to a war veteran's name. Even if you give them $100 bn they will still need some more! Its not all about money but management of it. The streets of Harare CBD have not changed in length or width they are still the same. How come they fail just to maintain? In terms of infrastracture and management Smith was better.
