16:46, 15 Oct - +263 7* *** ****: Intercity Xpress staff stealing from customers. Customers are losing their luggage on a daily basis which they lose after it has been loaded. These buses leave SA at night so fellow customers beware of this bus and their thieving staff, have been a victim and their customer care is useless and reluctant to refund Zimbabwe customers.
