N.E.C for furniture retail awarded a 10% increament for 2013 which was challenged by employers as too much.The whole of last year the issue was not settled.Now 2014 negotiations were suppossed to have been concluded in june but nothing happened.So what is the labour court and ministry of labour doing when such injustice is being perpetrated on the employee.Are we suppossed to go on the streets to get justice in our country?Source - Byo24News via WhatsApp
