'Construction company cheating us'

4:58am, Nov 4 - +27 7* *** ****: Construction company cheating us.We were sold plot just outside Byo by Washington Construction,now they are saying the owner of the land is saying he did not agree to the price,for example a plot sold for $3500 should be $10 000.Some of us can't top it up so are asking for the refund but they are saying the owner of the construction company is no where to be seen.Please may someone advise.
