7:10am, Nov 9 - +263 7* *** **: Please publish my cry. The Township of Empunalanga n the coal mining town of Hwange has had no water supply since Wednesday. There is no attempt at alleviating the residents' plight and, to add insult to injury, no communication whatsoever from the Local Board. The Local Board has a loud hailer which they use to make announcements when it suits them. At the beginning of eveymonth Zinwa deploys an 'army ' of its workers who go around demanding proof of payment, some of them weilding pipe wrenches menacingly,despite the fact that the data would have been captured at their offices. Please inform our Ministry of Health and Childcare about thois time bomb in this peace-loving part of Zimbabwe.
