'Cops pirating along Plumtree-Bulawayo road abuse their powers'

05:44, 24 Dec - +263 7* *** ****: [registration numbers supplied] belonging to [name supplied] or [name supplied]. A respectable, fair-skinned middle aged policeman who goes by the name [name supplied] is conducting 'an uninterrupted and free rein' pirating on the Plumtree-Bulawayo road.
Once stopped by the police on their numerous road blocks, he just flushes his police ID and the highway opened for his pleasure. He does this everyday at the detrimony of the registered vehicles. The registration numbers of his vehicle are [registration numbers supplied].
The policeman together with some of his colleagues who are well known for pirating on this route often boast to registered vehicle drivers that he is a 'chef' and that absolutely nothing would be done to him as all those who man the roadblocks are junior to them and he gives them instructions.
Police officers are known for pirating on this route abusing the powers vested on them by the state to do as they please, anywhere and at any time. The other police officer who pirate using a Nissan [vehicle model supplied] registration number [registration numbers supplied] is currently based at the Plumtree border post
