09:36, 24 Dec - +263 7* *** ****: In Victoria Falls...i jus passed the Road Block mounted by Traffic Police.....the police officer is stopping cars while she's on her mobile fone, jus giving signs to pull off or to go thru. Honestly where r the ethics in the police force?????
