09:54, 30 Dec - +263 7* *** ****: Jackals wrecking havoke at Insiza District, ,Villagers are loosing goats on daily basis to these animals who started preying on young goats but are killing big ones. This is happening at Sababa Village under village head Elon Nkala, Headman Ngomondo, Ch Maduna Ward five. The Village head himself has lost nearly, 15 goats. The jackals are so cunning that they attack goats just outside the pens there is a possibility of rabies outbreak. The villagers once reported to one Mr Nkomo Veterinary officer based at Avoka and he came killed a dog suspected to be carrying the desease took away brains for some test but no feed back. They are now deciding to the law into their own hands and poison the marauding animals please assist before we contravene a Parks and Wild life Act
