On the year of 2010 I applied for Zimbabwean permit wich I was rejected because of an error on my surname I reapplied again last year and this year when I went to do a follow up they are saying the permit is already received in Pretoria but they can't see it. And now its becoming hard for me to apply for the zsp online permit because I still don't have my permit with me, I've been going to the offices of the news permits applications but they keep on saying I should do an online application please can you help me out in this. Because I realy need the permit so bad
