'Shame on city of Harare'

At Prospect flats 1 week no water and rumours has it that they deliberately turned the taps off after one of the blocks turned the tapes on. Isn't this is the supreme court declared illegal to leave people without alternative drinking water. Surely some in the high offices knows about this and they are in contempt of the judgement. City of Harare bills us with huge bills of water sewage and gabbage gabbage they come once in a while and as of water water doesn't go into our flats. Shame on city of Harare
