Zimbabwe's Monday World Cup Group A match against Pakistan looks promising as Pakistan's middle order batsman Umar Akmal is doubtful after a finger injury.
Pakistan's manager Intikhab Alam says Akmal "still has swelling on the index finger and the team management will continue to monitor his recovery." Alam says the final decision on Akmal's inclusion will be taken before Monday's game.
Akmal did not bat during a training session on Saturday.
He injured his finger while fielding in training on Thursday.
