Zimbabwe will be without batting coach Grant Flower and bowling coach Heath Streak during their tour of the West Indies, which gets underway later this month.
Fitness trainer Lorraine Chivandire, too, will not travel to the Caribbean due to a change in technical structure change made by Zimbabwe Cricket.
It is understood financial constraints and a bid to accommodate more touring players are behind reasons for the decision.
The tour, will feature three ODIs, two Twenty20 Internationals and two Tests, will be head coach Alan Butcher's last before his contract expires in April.
"After consulting with the players and the head coach on the effectiveness of the current coaching structure which has a head coach, an assistant coach and two specialists a decision was made to streamline the structure to allow for better strategy formulation and communication in camp," general manager of media and public affairs Shingai Rhuhwaya told ESPNcricinfo.
Veteran left-arm spinner Ray Price and fast bowler Brian Vitori, meanwhile, have been dropped from the limited-overs squad - and uncapped seamer Tendai Chatara has been called up to the Test squad on the back of an impressive season at domestic level. Batsman Sean Williams has been included in the Test squad for the first time, too.
ODI and T20 squad: Brendan Taylor (captain), Hamilton Masakadza, Vusi Sibanda, Tino Mawoyo, Kyle Jarvis, Tendai Chatara, Chris Mpofu, Prosper Utseya, Regis Chakabva, Malcolm Waller, Keegan Meth, Craig Ervine, Chamu Chibhabha, Tino Mutombodzi, Natsai M'shangwe.
Test squad: Brendan Taylor (captain), Tino Mawoyo, Vusi Sibanda, Hamilton Masakadza, Regis Chakabva, Malcolm Waller, Kyle Jarvis, Keegan Meth, Tendai Chatara, Chris Mpofu, Prosper Utseya, Sean Williams, Timycen Maruma, Raymond Price, Graeme Cremer.
