BULAWAYO businessman Peter Dube is the new Highlanders Football Club chairman Andrew Tapela has been re-elected as the secretary general.

Charles Moyo is the new committee member.

The vice chairperson post and that of the treasure were not up for elections. 353 club members voted.

No chaotic incidents for now.....
