A BRACE from Tendai Mukambi ensured Chicken Inn returned to winning ways when they conquered visiting Hardbody in an action-filled Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match at Luveve Stadium yesterday.
Mukambi got his goals in either half after defender Brian Mbiriri had opened the scoring for the fast-food-sponsored side, but the hosts had to hold on dearly as the visitors fought hard in the second half and were unlucky not to earn themselves a draw.
Hardbody reduced the arrears in the second half with skipper Brian Juru making full use of a Jongwe's cross from the right to head home.
With 15 minutes to go, the Gweru side scored their second goal through Nhlanhla Ncube.
